At Dubai Safari Park, the wellbeing of our animals always comes first.

Their habitats are designed with behind-the-scenes areas, giving them the freedom to move around and choose where they’d like to spend their time. This follows the highest international standards of care and ensures they live in an environment that supports both their physical and emotional needs.

Because of this, you may not see every animal during your visit, and that’s a sign they’re enjoying their space as they wish. Thank you for understanding and for being part of our mission to care for and protect wildlife.

TICKETS – GENERAL
  • Tickets must be presented at entry (printed or digital).
  • Tickets are valid only for the selected visit date.
  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Tickets are single-use only.
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced.
  • Entry is free for: Children under 3 years & People of Determination (valid ID required)
  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Park timings and operations may change without prior notice.
  • For tickets purchased through third-party platforms, refund eligibility is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective provider.
TICKETS – ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
  • Booking confirmation is sent via email.
  • Discounted tickets apply to general admission only.
  • Add-ons (Safari, train, feeding) are not included unless specified.
  • Explorer Safari ticket: Valid for one ride only.
  • Some experiences require advance booking and may be limited to specific timings.
  • Attractions/zones may be unavailable during your visit.
  • The park reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule experiences without refund due to operational or welfare reasons.
NATIONAL DAY OFFER
  • Tickets are issued on the same day only. Cannot be pre-booked.
  • Non-refundable & non-changeable.
  • Purchase available only at ticket counters.
  • Valid only for eligible nationality holders. Valid ID/passport must be presented.
  • Offer applies to Safari Park Pass only. Add-ons are excluded.
PROMOTIONS & OFFERS (General)
  • Offers may be time-limited and subject to availability.
  • Certain promotions require all guests to enter together.
  • UAE resident offers require valid Emirates ID. Blackout dates may apply.
  • Offers cannot be combined unless stated.

Experiences & Shows

ANIMAL FEEDING & ENCOUNTERS
  • Available on a first-come, first-served basis. Capacity is limited.
  • Guests must follow staff instructions at all times.
  • Only food provided by the park may be used.
  • Feeding or interacting with animals without permission is prohibited.
  • Animals are unpredictable; participation is at your own risk.
  • Children must be supervised by an adult.
  • No guarantee of animal interaction.
  • Sessions may be cancelled due to weather or animal welfare. No refunds for cancellations.
LIVE PRESENTATIONS
  • Seating is limited. Entry begins 15 minutes before showtime.
  • Late entry may not be allowed.
  • Priority seating may apply to certain ticket types.
  • Shows may be delayed, modified, or cancelled due to weather conditions, animal welfare, or operational needs.
  • No refunds or rescheduling if cancelled.
NIGHT SAFARI / SPECIAL HOURS
  • Available only during specific seasons/dates.
  • Entry allowed within specific time windows. Some zones close earlier than others.
  • Some experiences are included; others require additional payment.
  • Strict timing applies: late arrivals may not be accommodated. No refunds for missed experiences.
  • Flash photography / torches may be restricted.
  • Retail and food not included in tickets.
TRANSPORT & OPERATIONS
  • Internal transport (train/shuttle) is subject to availability.
  • Alternative arrangements may be provided.
  • Operations may change without notice.
