• Tickets must be presented at entry (printed or digital).
• Tickets are valid only for the selected visit date.
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Tickets are single-use only.
• Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced.
• Entry is free for: Children under 3 years & People of Determination (valid ID required)
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Park timings and operations may change without prior notice.

• Booking confirmation is sent via email.
• Discounted tickets apply to general admission only.
• Add-ons (Safari, train, feeding) are not included unless specified.
• Explorer Safari ticket: Valid for one ride only.
• Some experiences require advance booking and may be limited to specific timings.
• Attractions/zones may be unavailable during your visit.
• The park reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule experiences without refund due to operational or welfare reasons.

• Tickets are issued on the same day only. Cannot be pre-booked.

• Purchase available only at ticket counters.
• Valid only for eligible nationality holders. Valid ID/passport must be presented.
• Offer applies to Safari Park Pass only. Add-ons are excluded.

• Sessions may be cancelled due to weather or animal welfare. No refunds for cancellations.

• Seating is limited. Entry begins 15 minutes before showtime.
• Late entry may not be allowed.
• Priority seating may apply to certain ticket types.
• Shows may be delayed, modified, or cancelled due to weather conditions, animal welfare, or operational needs.
• No refunds or rescheduling if cancelled.

• Available only during specific seasons/dates.
• Entry allowed within specific time windows. Some zones close earlier than others.
• Some experiences are included; others require additional payment.
• Strict timing applies: late arrivals may not be accommodated. No refunds for missed experiences.

By entering the park, guests agree to photography and video recording. Content may be used globally for marketing and promotional purposes. All rights belong to the park.
